Stipulations for use of The WCR!
Basically, I want to make WCR freely available. If your webcam site is strictly for-fun and you carry my copyright notices and animated ad emblem (19K), you can use it for free. But if you want to embed The Web Cam Recorder program/engine into your web page and make it look like yours, I expect to be compensated for its use.
If The Web Cam Recorder is used in any way commercially, whether to help promote corporations who run free Cams, or by individuals who charge subscriptions to their Cams, or in or by any other profitable endeavor, including the sale of ad banners, I expect to be compensated for its use. To replicate my work for what I'm asking would require an expert programmer working for minimum-wage.
If you are found to be using this copyrighted software in violation of copyright laws and/or in violation of the conditions set forth on this page, you can and will be held financially responsible to DaveSpeed WebDesign for a minimum of $0.01 (US$) for every time a visitor to your web site uses/used unregistered/stolen/plagiarized The Web Cam Recorder software.
You may charge someone for your customization of The Web Cam Recorder to meet their needs, provided the Copyright notices in the program remain intact, and that the site that uses the resulting customized WCR software adheres to the conditions set forth on this page, regarding display of copyright notice and linking WCR animated banner and other, including possible financial, requirements:
